Buck Roofing Inc. Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Service

By engaging with Buck Roofing Inc. for roofing services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Buck Roofing Inc. provides a range of roofing services, including but not limited to roof repairs, replacements, inspections, and maintenance services. A detailed description of services will be provided in a written estimate and agreement prior to commencing work.

3. Estimates and Quotations

All job estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An estimate or quote does not constitute a binding agreement until a contract has been signed by both parties.

4. Contract Agreement

Work will commence only after the client and Buck Roofing Inc. have mutually agreed upon the scope of work, pricing, and timeline, and all parties have signed a contract agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the contract. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with further payments due according to project milestones or upon completion of service. Final payment is due upon completion of service to the satisfaction of both parties.

6. Scheduling

Buck Roofing Inc. will endeavor to accommodate the client's preferred schedule but reserves the right to adjust project timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, and supplier delays.

7. Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing and will be subject to additional costs. The work schedule may also be adjusted to reflect such changes.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

Buck Roofing Inc. provides a workmanship warranty for a specified period as outlined in the contract agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials apply as provided by the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Buck Roofing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services beyond the scope of the project or the agreed warranty period.

10. Insurance and Licensing

Buck Roofing Inc. is fully licensed and insured for the services provided. Proof of insurance and licensing can be provided upon request.

11. Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel services according to the terms outlined in the contract. Cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits as detailed in the agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Buck Roofing Inc. operates. Any disputes arising from these TOS shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within this state.
